Hey Babes! Just wanted to let you know that at Hello Beautiful Signature Salon, we do things a little differently...

 

The way most salons book appointments leaves a ton of room for error. This often leads to client's booking the wrong service for their needs and then not having enough time with their hairstylist to achieve their desired look. We want you to have a wonderful experience with us to be from the first call or click to the last snip!

At Hello Beautiful, we use signature looks that are on trend and inclusive of everything you will need to achieve your dream hair! We take the guess work out of booking & get you into our chairs for an experience you'll come back for. You get YOUR time, EVERY time! Everything is customizable here, from your application time to your blow dry time. Our booking system is intelligent, and will always remember exactly how much time you need so you always have a wonderful, customized experience.

Hello Beautiful Cancelation Policy

Out of courtesy for your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 24 hours' notice
for any cancellations or reschedules. 
 
In the case that at least 24 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service. 
 
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a
cancellation fee will apply.

 

Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments. 

 

ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE NON-TRANSFERABLE IF THE APPOINTMENT IS NO-SHOWED OR CANCELED BEYOND THE 48 HOUR POLICY. DEPOSITS MADE FOR YOUR COLOR OR EXTENSION APPOINTMENT IN COMBINATION AND DURING AN IN-HOUSE CONSULTATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE  AND CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED WITH MANAGEMENT'S APPROVAL.

Hello Beautiful Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on any hair color, hair extension, or eyebrow service. Hair care can be exchanged within 30 days for an item of the same value. 
 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you, and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until the moment you check out! As professional stylists, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals. If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life. Please review our updated policies below. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and ask one of our team members. We will be happy to assist you!​

Hello Beautiful Signature Salon does not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we are happy to make adjustments for you, but only within 10 days of your service.

• Your color, keratin or extensions service is only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner from Hello Beautiful Salon directly. If you do not invest in the recommended shampoo & conditioner we will not perform any redo services complimentary.


• A redo service has a small fee of $15 per bowl of color needed to make the adjustments, and does not include a blow dry. We would be happy to blow-dry the front pieces to ensure you are satisfied with the end result.

• Please note some complex color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.


• No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair.


• Every ticket includes a Salon Scale Charge which charges accurately for the product usage.

• Please note our 24 hour cancellation policy. Due to the high demand of our stylists, we require a credit card to hold each reservation and reserve the right to charge 50% of scheduled services 24 hours prior.  This includes no-shows and last minute cancellations.


• All appointments must be confirmed within 48 hours in order to reserve the time for the scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation for that day.


• Deposits will not be refunded.  We do allow you to use the deposit towards a future reservation within 2 weeks.
